Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and organized Affiliate Executive to manage and optimize daily affiliate marketing activities. . This is a full-time, in-office role based in Lucknow.

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive affiliate growth by bringing new partners on board and strengthening current partnerships.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across affiliate platforms.
• Guarantee correct tracking, payment settings, and compliance standards.
• Provide affiliates with marketing materials and updates to support their efforts.
• Track KPIs like clicks, conversions, and ROI to ensure performance targets are met.
• Work closely with senior affiliates to maximize revenue potential.
• Keep detailed records of activities, partners, and campaign data.

Role Requirements:

• Beginner to 2 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
• Exposure to affiliate tracking systems (Everflow, HasOffers, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of key metrics and link tracking basics.
• Strong skills in communication, coordination, and collaboration.
• High attention to detail and an eagerness to learn and improve.
