Role Overview:

We are seeking for strategic and performance-focused Affiliate Manager to lead our affiliate marketing initiatives at our Lucknow office. This position involves managing key affiliate partnerships, optimizing campaign performance, and guiding a growing team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and execute strategies to expand affiliate programs and attract top-performing partners.
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, and media buyers.
• Launch, track, and optimize campaigns to maintain profitability and compliance.
• Evaluate performance metrics and apply data-driven optimizations to boost ROI.
• Partner with creative and technical teams to develop campaign materials and tracking systems.
• Negotiate payouts, terms, and promotional strategies with affiliates.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Mentor junior team members to build skills and drive team success.

Role Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in affiliate performance marketing.
• Proficient with affiliate tracking tools like (HasOffers, Everflow, Trackier, Affise).
• Strong relationship management and partnership-building abilities.
• Skilled in running and optimizing CPL, CPA, and CPS campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
• Leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams for success.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
